Start Here — New to the Team
This document is for editors, marketing, and new colleagues — without the prerequisite of being a developer or social media pro.
You don't have to read everything. Choose one starting point below. The rest is only if you really have the task.
Cockpit = where all Center data lives (shops, news, opening hours).
v0 = where you design the appearance of the website via chat (layout, colors).
Outstand = where social posts land after approval on Facebook & Co. — you control it from the Cockpit, not by logging into Outstand.

v0 builds the website interface. MCP/Claude helps with content in Cockpit — it does not replace the v0 entry for a new website. Both are useful, but not on the first day at the same time.
Terms without technical jargon

| Center-Slug | Short name of the center in the address, e.g., palais-vest — IT or a colleague will provide it to you |
| v0 | AI tool in the browser for designing the website (like a very smart construction kit with chat) |
| Instructions | Fixed text rules in v0 to ensure the website loads the correct Cockpit data (Parts A–J to copy) |
| MCP | Connection between Claude and Cockpit — for content, not for the first v0 draft |
| Outstand | Service in the background for publishing on social media — you operate it via Social Cockpit in the dashboard |
| Approval | Nothing goes live secretly — drafts are reviewed (Website under Workflow, Social under Social Approvals) |
| GitHub / Vercel | Where the website code resides and goes live — often IT or agency, not your first step alone |
